As I have said many times, the world is in a huge information war.  On the one side are the conservatives.  In the United States.  These conservatives are best defined by the Republican Party and the Catholic and Christian extremists who make up basically the moral majority or where can also be defined as the Christian conservatives.  And as I have repeatedly explained these people really do not care about pro-life because that is just a buzzword for them.  Because if they really cared about pro-life then of course they would be doing something to actually saying some of the 6 million women who are either beaten, raped or murdered every year.  And yet we do not hear anything coming from the Christian conservatives or the Republican Party for how many women are just absolutely destroyed every year.  And let us not forget that 78% of the United States is Christian or Catholic so that means that 78% of the crimes that are being committed in the United States against women and children are being committed by Christians or Catholics.  I mean, if the Catholics and Christians are screaming and yelling about how they are the majority then they have to be mature enough and grown up enough and honest enough to accept the responsibility that goes with being the majority.

On that basically means that while the Catholics and Christians are basically the majority in the United States and they constantly scream and yell about how they are the majority for all of the good things that happened.  They are also the majority for all of the bad things that are happening.  And of course to that end I intend on showing a number of news stories below that clearly indicate that the Republican leaders like Rick Perry and make Romney and Newt Gingrich do not really give a damn about how many children they allowed to die or how many women are murdered as long as they get into office.  Santorum is just as guilty.

And it is like I said the other day when I talked about this horrible example by military personnel the filing a body of someone they had killed.  I said then that the Christian conservatives would rush forward to make excuses why it was okay for the Marines to do that.  How odd it is that I actually was able to predict that the Christian conservatives would do exactly that.  Because here is this news stories showing very clearly that the Christian conservatives are actually cheering what the Marines did and they are cheering how the Marines actually defiled that body.  Because the Christian conservatives like Rick Perry and Newt Gingrich and met Romney and Santorum all enjoy seeing bodies desecrated they enjoy seeing people murdered and killed because this is what the Republican Party is all about.  The Republican Party is no longer about states rights vs. government’s rights is now about pure hatred.

And of course the conservatives are always going to sound off and say that liberals are basically stupid but the fact still remains it was no liberal desecrated that body.  It was a conservative.  And so consequently, the filthy liars of the conservative movement in the United States and around the world need to understand that the world is getting fed up with their hatred and getting fed up with their terrible, horrible, ugly bastard behavior.

As I have said before, I dare anyone from NASCAR and I dare anyone from the Republican Party, even here in Cleveland Ohio.  I dare any Republican or Christian conservatives to walk up to my front door and to say to my face that I am a dirty Jew.  I dare anyone to do that.  Just like I dare the people at NASCAR who basically chose to be as racist as they could to Michelle Obama.  Because the fact of the matter is when someone acts out that way.  They are demonstrating pure cowardice.  They are demonstrating open hatred for the Constitution of these United States and they are showing themselves not to be patriots of this country and not to be supporters of any kind of pro-life movement but in fact be nothing but filthy lying racist bastards by their own behavior.

This of course does not make them internally with regards to their soul to the bastards.  It purely makes the behavior they have chosen to demonstrate that is making them bastards.  And no one is making the people of NASCAR behave like white supremacists.  No one is forcing the people of NASCAR to the openly racist and hateful of the Constitution and hateful of every single type of American citizen in this country who is not white and Christian.

So again, I dare any Republican to walk up to me and say to my face that I am a dirty Jew when it was my grandfather, who ran the Republican Party long before these racist bastards got hold of the Republican Party.  Long before Newt Gingrich became a filthy racist bastard and long before Rick Perry ever was even born and became the filthy lying bastard he is now my grandfather, an American Jew was actually running Republican Party for Northern Ohio.

And when my grandfather ran the Republican Party the Republican Party actually stood for patriotism and it stood for human rights and it stood for protecting the lives and liberties and freedoms of all American citizens.  But that is not what the Republican Party stands for now.  Republican Party now stands for open hatred.  And making sure that the entire world knows that the Republican Party wants to go on record telling every leader in Europe and every leader all over the world that the Republican Party has nothing but hatred for every country in this world and the Republican Party hates everyone in every single nation of this world because that is the message the Republican Party and the Christian conservatives are sending that they hate every single nation in this world.  They hate everyone because that is all you ever hear them talking about.

At the Republican Party and the stupid bastard who claim to be conservatives in this country do not like what I am saying.  My message to them is for them to put up and shut up and back up their accusations with fact because if they cannot disprove the news stories I am putting in this news article as a source notes, if they cannot back up their accusations and prove that those source notes are false then those news stories which are source notes are showing clearly that the Republican Party is not a party of patriotism and not a party concerned with the Constitution and not a party concerned with freedom.  But I political party that is concerned with nothing more than open hatred of every single thing in this world that they cannot manipulate or cannot control or cannot destroy.

So the onus is on them.  It is on the Republican Party to put up and shut up and prove me wrong and if they cannot then they will be known for the filthy lying bastards full of hatred that they are.  And if the Republican Party does not want to be known for the filthy lying bastards that they are then they need to change their behavior.

And of course in the scheme of things it really does not matter.  The right brain many people who read my Journal.  And the people who do read my Journal are usually people who agree with me.  So my Journal as actually having very little affect in any way.  On trying to shape opinion in the United States, let alone around the world.

Yet there are people who do read my Journal and to all of the wonderful people who do read what I write.  I am always extremely grateful.  But the fact still remains that this is an information war.  And Republican Party and the Christian conservatives have so much hatred that they will do anything and use every bit of their money not to save lives or to demonstrate that they are pro-life.  But they will use their money to do everything they can to live their way into the White House so that they can destroy this nation and take away more freedoms from the people of this country.

And so as a result of how difficult it is to continue fighting this information war.  I am often times left wondering what is the point.  What is the point in fighting an information war that I have no chance of winning.  What is the point in fighting an information war that is actually so violent that even if I and others like me are successful in winning the war the casualties that will be left behind will be unspeakable?

It is absolutely disgusting.  There is just no way to say it.  Otherwise.  It is absolutely unspeakable and disgusting.  What the Republican Party and the Christian conservatives are trying to do to the people of this country and how they are embracing open hatred for every single nation in the world with all of their hateful rhetoric is just unspeakable.

But today is Martin Luther King Day and I am going to take some time to take care of some things here in the house and I will probably write later.

I know full well that nothing I say and nothing I write will ever even make a dent in the tremendous hatred that the Republican Party and the tea party and the Christian conservatives and the extremists of the Catholic religion are all subscribing to and promoting and embracing.  There is nothing I could ever say or do that will change them or cause them to even ask themselves why they are behaving the way they are.  But at the very least I will go on record here in my Journal being adamantly opposed to the horrible ugliness that the conservative mentality in the United States and around the world calls normal.

While the tea party in the Republican Party will go out of their way to deny everything, the facts remain the same.

1. Did the Republican Party and the tea party, while at the same time refusing to take away any tax breaks or loopholes from the richest American people and the largest companies in this country? Yes they did.

2. Did the Republican Party and the tea party members of Congress behave in a symptomatic manner, meaning they targeted their action at fixing the symptom of the problem? Rather than to behave in a problematic matter where they targeted their action at fixing the problem? Yes they did.

3. Did the Republican Party or the tea party members of Congress do anything to resolve the root of the problem, meaning trying to help the sick who are becoming in desperate need of medical care? No, they did not.

4. Did the Republican Party or the tea party members of Congress give up any of their medical benefits for their salaries, or the," soft-money bribes", they are taking. While at the same time denying those same medical benefits for the money those cancer patients in the United States were dying right now, need in order to be able to survive? No, they did not. Republican Party and the tea

Party is refusing to give up any of their medical benefits or the money they are getting in their salaries for the soft-money bribes they are taking. While at the same time taking away the medical benefits and the money that cancer, patients who are dying right now need in order to survive.

So how does that work? How are the Republican Party and the tea party members? Good Christians when they are in fact condemning millions of cancer patients to die, while the Republican Party gets all the medical benefits and the tea party gets all the medical benefits and the money they want?

5. Did the Republican Party and the tea party refused to compromise repeatedly regarding trying to fix the economic system? Yes they did.

6. Did the Republican Party and the tea party lied to the American people when they said that their particular economic plan would be good for the economic system of this country? Yes they did. Because as a result of what the tea party and Republican Party did, by refusing to compromise for the greater good, global economic systems around the world have had the worst economic crash in modern history.

7. Did the Republican Party and the tea party violate their oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution with their lives? And to secure the rights and liberties of the American people, when the tea party and Republican Party are in fact taking, soft-money bribes, from the richest Americans in this country and the largest corporations in this country, in order to give the wealthiest Americans and the largest corporations in this country special access to the legislative process. Which of course violates their oath of office? Yes they did.

8. Did the Republican Party and the tea party members of Congress actually elevating themselves above the people of this country by keeping the medical benefits that they want and the money they want, while at the same time denying those same medical benefits and money to the people they represent who are in fact legally defined under constitutional law as the employers of the members of Congress? Yes they are. Under constitutional law is against constitutional law for any member of the United States Congress to elevate themselves above any American citizen. Meaning, that the members of Congress are not allowed to have special rights or privileges or be treated better than the people they represent.

9. Are the Republican Party and the tea party members of Congress actually in violation of federal law as a result of not maintaining economic equivalency to the people they represent? Yes they are.

Under federal law, pursuant to constitutional law, it is against the law for any member of Congress did not maintaining economic equivalency to the people they represent. Meaning, that any member of Congress must in fact be able to economically relate to the people they represent. So how is it possible for the members of the United States Congress, specifically the members of the tea party and the Republican Party to be able to economically relate to the people they represent. In addition, the people they represent are for the most part losing their homes with many of them going hungry. While at the same time, the tea party and the Republican Party are getting all the medical benefits and money they want?

The tea party and the Republican Party will go out of their way to lie to the American people. This is what they have done. Continually ever since, they ever came into being. Because they don’t know how to be honest. However, the fact of the matter still remains. Every American citizen in this country to the same old. Every American citizen is required to lay down their life defense of the Constitution. That is the law. In addition, for any American citizen to ever supplant their duty to sacrifice their life in defense of the Constitution with any agenda of religious or otherwise, is an act of subversion of the Constitution and a violation of constitutional law. That is the law.

So while the members of the Republican Party and the tea party can yell and scream about how great they are. The fact is that what they get. As a result of their unwillingness to compromise for the greater good has basically crashed every single major economic system in the entire world.

10. Did the Republican Party and the tea party squander the time they had to resolve the deficit crisis long before July 2011? Yes they did.

The Republican Party and the tea party did everything they could to destroy the economic system. In addition, they did so not with the intention of helping me people of this country. They did so as every new service has confirmed, with the intention of doing only one thing. To destroy the Obama administration. In addition, is that not a violation of their oath of office? Yes it is.

Because the members of Congress are not allowed under any circumstances to put any agenda personal or otherwise ahead of their duty to sacrifice their lives in defense of the Constitution. That is the oath they took. However, by putting the importance of wanting to destroy the Obama administration. I had their oath of office actually violated federal law.

11. Did the tea party and the Republican party violate federal law when they declared publicly that they would not raise the deficit ceiling? Yes they did. Because their duty is not to maintain a posture of obstructionism. Their oath of office is very clear. Which is to defend and protect Constitution with their lives. In addition, to secure the rights and liberties of the American people. Which they are not doing when they are in fact declaring that they will not raise the deficit ceiling the matter what.

12. Did congressional representative Jacobs violate federal law when he said that one of the reasons he got into Congress was to bring back traditional values to the American people? Yes he did.

By virtue of the First Amendment, every American citizen is allowed to have freedom of speech and freedom of thought. Nowhere in the oath of office does the oath say that congressional representative Jacobs has the right to define what traditional values are for all Americans. In addition, by doing, what he did and making that statement, he is abrogating and impeaching the civil liberties of all Americans under the First Amendment. Because Mr. Jacobs is basically taking it upon himself to define for all Americans. What thoughts all Americans are allowed to have pursuant to what traditional values are for all Americans. Yet Mr. Jacobs did not take that as an oath of office. That is not one of his duties or his responsibilities under constitutional law pursuant to his oath of office.

Some the matter what lies the Republican Party or the tea party might tell you. The foregoing are the actual facts of the matter. In addition, what is even more disturbing is that the Christian conservatives in the Republican Party and the tea party. I doing everything they can to destroy the Obama administration, which shows very clearly that they have an agenda that they are in fact supplanting as far as being more important than their duty as American citizens to protect and defend the Constitution. Which means at the very least that the Republican Party and the tea party are guilty of potential charges and the federal crime known as subversion of the Constitution.

13. Did the republican party or the tea party members of Congress do anything to fix the jobs, and/or unemployment, problems that America is facing? No, they did not.

The United States is a nation of laws. The United States is not a nation based upon any religious document. And what is even more disturbing is that the Republican Party and the Christian conservatives and the tea party are doing everything they can to abrogate them to impeach the civil liberties of the Constitution. Yet it is by the very laws of the Constitution that gave the tea party and the Republican Party and the Christian conservatives the right to demonstrate their hatred.

So how intelligent is it for the Republican Party and the tea party and the Christian conservatives to be attacking and trying to destroy the very document that gives them the right to demonstrate their hatred? That is exactly like trying to cut one’s nose off to spite one’s face.

Everyone loves to talk about the Constitution and how they have rights. The fact of the matter is every American citizen in this country to the same oath as an American citizen. Therefore, we all have the same legal duty. Choose to obey and to protect and defend the Constitution with our life. In addition, we are not allowed under any circumstances to have any agenda religious or otherwise supersede our duty to protect and defend the Constitution. Because the United States is a nation of laws. Not a nation based on any one particular religious document.

So again, the tea party and the Republican party can say anything they want. However, the fact of the matter is they are in violation of constitutional law. They have been shown as anti-American citizens. They have been shown that they are not patriotic. They have been shown that they have been using symptomatic logic where they in fact are targeting the symptom of the problem and not the problem itself. As a result of their unwillingness to compromise. They have basically caused the worst economic crash in modern history.

In addition, if that isn’t enough, the Republican Party and the tea party had all of the month of April and May and June to resolve this entire matter. However, they did not.

Instead, they showed the entire American public and the entire world at the Republican Party and the tea party and the Christian conservatives were more concerned with their electability, then there duty to put up and shut up and do their jobs as American citizens, which is to give their lives defense of the Constitution. That is of course what they did not do.

That is why I am urging all like-minded American citizens to contact the Department of Justice immediately and to demand a full investigation into the actions of the Republican Party and the tea party and the Christian conservatives on the grounds of the federal crime of subversion of the Constitution and possible charges of insurrection against the United States and against the Constitution.

Oliver Wendell Holmes has said that it is impossible to defend and protect the Constitution when one is actively engaged in either abrogating or impeaching civil liberties that the Constitution embraces and protects.

The United States is a nation of laws. In addition, United States will remain a nation of laws, or the United States will no longer be United States.

An estimated 9.2 million children under the age of five will die this year – nearly 26,000 per day or 18 every minute. This is greater than the annual number of deaths from 1. AIDS (2 million), malaria (900,000), and tuberculosis (1.5 million) combined. 2. Neonatal disorders, pneumonia and diarrhea are the major causes of under-five mortality.

Globally, 80 percent of all child deaths are due to only a handful of causes: neonatal causes, pneumonia, diarrhea, and malaria. 3. Pneumonia or sepsis, pre-term delivery, and asphyxia at birth are the leading causes of neonatal deaths. Malnutrition is responsible for over a third of child deaths.

Not one single penny that the pro-life movement spends on their so-called pro-life movement goes toward saving any of these “living” children’s lives. Not one single cent. Which means that the pro-life movement is not pro-life at all. Because their money is “not” going to save any living life on this planet. Their money is only going toward forcing women to bear children against their will. And that’s not how their own God, Jesus Christ defines pro-life.

With 78% of the population of the United States being Christian, (US Religious Demographic Statistics ) that also means that 78% of all the:

incidents that take place every year, are committed by approximately 78% of the population, meaning people who claim to be Christians. (US Religious Demographic Statistics ). And that is something that the Christian conservatives , and those who are Catholics, do not want to discuss, or admit to. However, since 78% of the population is Christian, or claiming to be so. That then means that the above numbers are … true. And that one single fact of the matter, pretty much certifies that when the Christian conservatives are claiming to be pro-life, they are obviously NOT TALKING ABOUT be pro-life when it comes to the lives of these children. Because if they were, then these numbers would not exist, in the manner that they do.

It’s all about being responsible and taking responsibility for one’s free-will choices and free-will actions that one makes.

For the record, I not now, nor have I ever hated any human being on earth. I do not hate, regarding my spirituality, and spiritual beliefs, anything that God did make. Meaning that I do not hate the “humanity” that exists within any human being. However, God did not make the personal choices that humans make, regarding how they behave, and/or present themselves, to the world. So if a human being chooses, of their own free will to demonstrate their behavior with racism, bigotry, prejudice, and hatred for other humans, on the basis of their own free will choice as to how they define their spirituality within themselves, that is their own choice. I do not hate religion. However, I will never give my support to “any” religion, that has ever caused harm to, or killed, a single human being, in any way, as a result of the religion demonstrating, or manifesting it’s presence in the world. If any religion has ever harmed or killed a single human being, I respect the right of all humans to believe what they want in life. I, personally, will under no circumstances give my support for any religion, or theological belief, that has ever harmed or killed even a single human being. This is what I have dedicated my life to as a spiritualist and a pacifist here on earth. So any attempt by anyone to portray me as hating anyone. Because that is not so. The foregoing clearly shows that I have no hatred for humankind or for any religion.
