Let us try to get our facts straight here.  The Republican Party refuses to take any responsibility for their own actions.  And in point of fact, while the Republican Party claims to be in control and the dominant force in the United States.  Whenever something bad happens the Republican Party does not under any circumstances want to take responsibility for what they have in fact done.  Which means the Republican Party loves to make everyone believe that they never do anything wrong.  And yet, the facts speak for themselves.

1.  It was in 2007 when the Republican Party was in complete control of the United States government, meaning they controlled the United States Congress and the Dept. of treasury and the Justice Department and the presidency.  And when all the control of the government was in the hands of the Republicans, the Republican Party gave $6 billion of American taxpayer money to the banking industry.  And then told the banking industry they could use the money any way they wanted.  And that they did not have to pay the money back.

Senior Bush administration officials, consulting with the Obama transition team, have prepared a plan to ask lawmakers for the second half of the $700 billion financial rescue package despite intense opposition in Congress, sources familiar with the discussions said.

The initiative could create an unusual political scenario straddling the Bush and Obama administrations. If Congress were to vote down the measure, either President Bush or Obama would have to exercise a veto to get the money.

Obama officials would prefer that Bush exercise any veto rather than leave the new president with the unsavory task of rebuffing his fellow Democrats in Congress to advance a widely unpopular program, sources said. The White House has declined to say publicly whether Bush would be willing to issue the veto.

And yet the Republican Party has gone out of their way to blame everyone else for that event even though, they, the Republicans, were the ones who were in control of the Congress.  So by blaming everyone else for that event, the Republican Party is basically saying that even though they were a control of the entire government they were the ones making the choices or the decisions.  And yet we know that is not true.

So that means either the Republican Party is lying about them being in control.  The government.  Or they are lying about blaming everyone else for the Republican Party making the decision to give $6 billion of taxpayer money to the banking industry and then telling the banking industry they did not have to pay the money back and they could use the money any way they wanted.

So, from that standpoint alone, the Republican Party is guilty of lying Erie it because they lie when they said they were not responsible for giving $6 billion of taxpayer money to the banking industry when the story about clearly shows they did.

It also needs to be noted that within 10 days of the Republican Party getting the banking industry $6 billion of American taxpayer money, that several banking officials many who work at Bank of America, were indicted for federal criminal charges of fraud and conspiracy and misappropriation of funds.

2. And if that was not bad enough, the Republican Party during the debt ceiling crisis talks, agreed with the tea party, to cut the Medicaid assistance for cancer patients, whereby cancer patients would have to pay for their own EMS trips to and from the hospital.  And the tea party and the Republican Party basically were saying that it was just too expensive.  But while they were saying that the Republican Party and tea party continue to make sure that they themselves got all the benefits and all of the medical covers they wanted.  But at the same time they did everything possible to denying those medical benefits to the American people.

And the Republican Party has the audacity to claim they are in fact carrying of the American people.  When in fact they are not.

And so now this story is talking about how healthcare in America is basically suffering.  And that is really amazing.  Seeing as how millions of Americans are dying every year as a result of not getting the medical care they need to.  And that this is happening while the Republican Party and the tea party are demanding and yelling and screaming that they will never, under any circumstances give up their own benefits or their own medical coverage because they do not really care about the American people.  Because all they care about is themselves.  And yet the Republican Party has the audacity to say that they are pro-life, which they are not.

3. And it also needs to be noted, that the Republican Party loves to claim, along with the tea party and a lot of the Catholics and Christians in the United States that they are pro-life.  And yet none of these groups ever want to talk about the two very basic principles that there God, Jesus, spoke of and directed the followers to obey at the sermon on the mount.

a.  Judge not lest you be judged.

Meaning do not judge anyone.

b.  That which you do to the least of me will be done to you.

Meaning that anything that anyone who is Catholic does to anyone or any living creature in the entire world, whether what they do is negative or positive, will in fact be done to them.  Meaning that every single negative action and thought that any Catholic or Christian or Republican Party member or tea party member has ever had regarding the behavior of other people or anything they have done against anyone else or set against anyone else will in fact be visited upon them by their own God.  Jesus, as it says in their own Bible which I am reading from right now.

So the Catholics or the Christians whether Republican Party or the tea party wants to pick a fight with me.  All they need to do is prove that those words are not in the Bible that they use when they go to church.  But we all know those words are in the Bible.  Which means that the Republican Party and the tea party and a lot of the Catholics and Christians in the world are basically filthy liars when they say that they are religious.  Because if they were religious they would obey those two very simple principles that there God ordered them to follow at the sermon on the mount.

The same two principles that most Christians and Catholics and almost all of the Republican Party members and tea party members never want to talk about.

And of course I am including in this Journal entry copious source notes to substantiate everything I am saying.  Because I really would love for some Republican idiot or tea party idiot or anyone from the Catholic or Christian religions to dare come up and try to justify their bigotry and their racism and their hatred and their violence and all the killing that their religions have done throughout history.  Just like I would love to see the highest Christian Republicans and tea party members justify killing that they have supported actively and passively.  Because they cannot.

At least they cannot.  If they want to call themselves good Christians.

In the bottom line from this story.  Of course, is that more children and more many women, and many more veterans in United States will suffer and die.  And this will happen as a direct result of the Republican Party and the tea party who are basically taking the attitude that they do not give a damn how many Americans.  They murder and how many children they kill how many women they destroy and how many lives they absolutely take away from people in this country.  As long as the Republican Party and the tea party get everything they want.  And as long as the people who are white and Christian and white and Catholic get everything they want.

And as I said before, that is not America.  Because when you scrape all the bullshit coming from the Republican Party and the tea party and the extremists of the Catholics and the Christian religions aside.  When you put all of that crap into the garbage where it belongs you are left with just one thing.  The law.

Now from the foregoing news sources, it is very clear to see that the economic problems that are facing not only the United States market.  But the global markets have very little to do with money.  What they have to do with it is behavior.  As I said before, companies throughout the entire corporate sector in all of the global markets are behaving in a very inflationary manner.

And the reason that is true is because corporations all over the world and governments all over the world are paying huge amounts of money and benefits to the upper-level political and elected officials, just as the corporations all throughout the entire world are paying huge amounts of benefits and compensation packages to the upper-level managers and executives in their companies.

And these practices are continuing while the lower and employees and public officials and elected officials, are earning virtually nothing.  So right there you have economic disparity.  Or financial disparity.  And as a result of that, companies and governments are scrambling to get as much money as they possibly can to continue paying these extremely exorbitant high-end salaries and benefits.  And that economic disparity or financial disparity is causing governments and corporations to behave, economically speaking, within their governments and with that in their corporations in manners, economically speaking, that can be looked upon as being inflationary.

And the reason for that, is because with the case of corporations; the corporations are actually having to adjust their per-unit costs and there per unit prices, in order to get more money into their companies in order to satisfy the exorbitant benefit and compensation packages of the upper-level managers and executives.  And by doing that these companies are in fact, disenfranchising a lot of their middle income and lower income customers who can no longer afford their products and services.  Because either the quantity has been decreased.  Or in fact the price per unit for the price for their goods and services has increased.

So the axiomatic principle in business, that most of the daily money would come from the middle and lower income customers has changed very because now.  As a result of the greed of the wealthy and the corporations and the political systems throughout the world, the axiom in business is no longer that the middle and lower income customers provide most of the daily money.  But in fact the wealthy customers are doing that now.  And as that happens, the basic psychological behavior of people in business and in governments is changing.  Because what we are seeing is exactly what has in fact been predicted by Vance Packard  and Elbridge Cleaver .

Meaning that the basic psychological mindset that is overtaking the human condition is the mentality known as, I am better than you.

And so as a result of everyone trying to be better than the next person, competition has become so vicious that our economic systems are suffering.  And as a result, the major players in all of the different stock markets throughout the entire world, are now no longer concerned with sustaining the market, as much as they are concerned with getting as much money out of the market as possible.

And that is what makes a lot of the news.  The people are saying about economic recovery nothing but bullshit.

It also needs to be considered that the Republican Party are the ones who are responsible for causing so many of our brave American men and women who are veterans in this country being out of work.  Just like the Republican Party and the tea party are screaming and yelling about how they want everyone in the world to know that the only American to are suffering in this country are white Christians who have lots of money and the wealthy and large corporations.  Because the tea party is going out of its way to scream and yell to every nation in the entire world and to God himself that as far as the tea party and the Republicans are concerned they will kill every American citizen in this country they will murder every woman they will kill every veteran they will destroy the government they will blow up every nation in this world before they will ever allow the wealthy to ever have to be taxed.  Because they will never give up on their patronage to the wealthy of this nation just like they will never give up on their support for the large corporations.  Just like they will never under any circumstances give up their allegiance to the Christian conservatives who base their entire religion on how much prejudice and hatred.  They can demonstrate before God.  Because that is exactly what the Republicans and the tea party always talk about is their racism and their bigotry and their prejudice and their selfishness.  Because you do not ever hear them talking about what they like in America.  All you ever hear them talking about is how much they hate everything.

So when you have this kind of extremely selfish behavior that is becoming systemic in the human condition.  The fact of the matter is whether anyone likes it or not regardless what country they are living in the global markets are in serious trouble.  The euro deal is doing nothing to alleviate any of the unemployment conditions in Spain or Italy or Greece or France or Germany or the UK.  And in those countries unemployment is at least 25% if not more.  The last time I checked in Spain the unemployment was almost 40% the same in Italy.  And Germany and France are having terrible economic troubles as well.  The banks in France and then under investigation for the last several months.

So consequently, the people who are writing these articles talking about how good things are generally are doing so because that is what they are paid to say.  I am not being paid by anyone.  My Journal articles regarding economics are driven only by my having been a financial analyst for 45 years.  And by my love for the people in this world.

There is no difference between a family living in China or Russia, or the UK or France or South America or the United States.  There is no difference.  When a mother and father are looking into their children’s eyes and there is no food in the house, there is no difference.

When someone who is living in London or Wales has a mother or a father or sister or brother who is sick and needs medical care.  There is no difference between them in any other wonderful, brilliant person anywhere in the world.  Mothers and fathers are the same everywhere.  Children are basically the same.

If we as a society are going to continue this one upmanship that has basically second the human condition the markets will never stabilize.  And as I said before, all you have to do is read the Kondratieff wave .  And when you do, you will see very clearly that the psychology that is present in the human condition is literally driving the markets out of business.  And when a loss in currency takes place in enough nations in the world markets.  The entire global market system will fail.

And when that happens, the only system that will exist will be barter.  It will be permanent.  Because the markets will in fact reorganized.  But it will take the markets.  Almost 8 months to do so.  If the entire financial system throughout the planet collapses, it will take almost a year for the markets to become reestablished.  So for that year.  The world will live in the dark ages.  Because there will be no contracts.  The tea party will be penniless.  The wealthy will have no money.  And the only way that any business will be done is by barter.

So my advice to the tea party and the Republican Party and the wealthy and large corporations and the money hungry public officials throughout the world is for them to put up and shut up and realize that they do not start behaving more like human beings and put aside the selfishness that they are embracing the only thing they will get is a broken economic system.

Not one single penny that the pro-life movement spends on their so-called pro-life movement goes toward saving any of these “living” children’s lives. Not one single cent. Which means that the pro-life movement is not pro-life at all. Because their money is “not” going to save any living life on this planet. Their money is only going toward forcing women to bear children against their will. And that’s not how their own God, Jesus Christ defines pro-life.

With 78% of the population of the United States being Christian, (US Religious Demographic Statistics ) that also means that 78% of all the:

incidents that take place every year, are committed by approximately 78% of the population, meaning people who claim to be Christians. (US Religious Demographic Statistics ). And that is something that the Christian conservatives , and those who are Catholics, do not want to discuss, or admit to. However, since 78% of the population is Christian, or claiming to be so. That then means that the above numbers are … true. And that one single fact of the matter, pretty much certifies that when the Christian conservatives are claiming to be pro-life, they are obviously NOT TALKING ABOUT be pro-life when it comes to the lives of these children. Because if they were, then these numbers would not exist, in the manner that they do.

It’s all about being responsible and taking responsibility for one’s free-will choices and free-will actions that one makes.

3. Did the Republican Party or the tea party members of Congress do anything to resolve the root of the problem, meaning trying to help the sick who are becoming in desperate need of medical care? No, they did not.

4. Did the Republican Party or the tea party members of Congress give up any of their medical benefits for their salaries, or the," soft-money bribes", they are taking. While at the same time denying those same medical benefits for the money those cancer patients in the United States were dying right now, need in order to be able to survive? No, they did not. Republican Party and the tea

So how does that work? How are the Republican Party and the tea party members? Good Christians when they are in fact condemning millions of cancer patients to die, while the Republican Party gets all the medical benefits and the tea party gets all the medical benefits and the money they want?

5. Did the Republican Party and the tea party refused to compromise repeatedly regarding trying to fix the economic system? Yes they did.

6. Did the Republican Party and the tea party lied to the American people when they said that their particular economic plan would be good for the economic system of this country? Yes they did. Because as a result of what the tea party and Republican Party did, by refusing to compromise for the greater good, global economic systems around the world have had the worst economic crash in modern history.

7. Did the Republican Party and the tea party violate their oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution with their lives? And to secure the rights and liberties of the American people, when the tea party and Republican Party are in fact taking, soft-money bribes, from the richest Americans in this country and the largest corporations in this country, in order to give the wealthiest Americans and the largest corporations in this country special access to the legislative process. Which of course violates their oath of office? Yes they did.

8. Did the Republican Party and the tea party members of Congress actually elevating themselves above the people of this country by keeping the medical benefits that they want and the money they want, while at the same time denying those same medical benefits and money to the people they represent who are in fact legally defined under constitutional law as the employers of the members of Congress? Yes they are. Under constitutional law is against constitutional law for any member of the United States Congress to elevate themselves above any American citizen. Meaning, that the members of Congress are not allowed to have special rights or privileges or be treated better than the people they represent.

9. Are the Republican Party and the tea party members of Congress actually in violation of federal law as a result of not maintaining economic equivalency to the people they represent? Yes they are.

Under federal law, pursuant to constitutional law, it is against the law for any member of Congress did not maintaining economic equivalency to the people they represent. Meaning, that any member of Congress must in fact be able to economically relate to the people they represent. So how is it possible for the members of the United States Congress, specifically the members of the tea party and the Republican Party to be able to economically relate to the people they represent. In addition, the people they represent are for the most part losing their homes with many of them going hungry. While at the same time, the tea party and the Republican Party are getting all the medical benefits and money they want?

The tea party and the Republican Party will go out of their way to lie to the American people. This is what they have done. Continually ever since, they ever came into being. Because they don’t know how to be honest. However, the fact of the matter still remains. Every American citizen in this country to the same old. Every American citizen is required to lay down their life defense of the Constitution. That is the law. In addition, for any American citizen to ever supplant their duty to sacrifice their life in defense of the Constitution with any agenda of religious or otherwise, is an act of subversion of the Constitution and a violation of constitutional law. That is the law.

So while the members of the Republican Party and the tea party can yell and scream about how great they are. The fact is that what they get. As a result of their unwillingness to compromise for the greater good has basically crashed every single major economic system in the entire world.

10. Did the Republican Party and the tea party squander the time they had to resolve the deficit crisis long before July 2011? Yes they did.

The Republican Party and the tea party did everything they could to destroy the economic system. In addition, they did so not with the intention of helping me people of this country. They did so as every new service has confirmed, with the intention of doing only one thing. To destroy the Obama administration. In addition, is that not a violation of their oath of office? Yes it is.

Because the members of Congress are not allowed under any circumstances to put any agenda personal or otherwise ahead of their duty to sacrifice their lives in defense of the Constitution. That is the oath they took. However, by putting the importance of wanting to destroy the Obama administration. I had their oath of office actually violated federal law.

11. Did the tea party and the Republican party violate federal law when they declared publicly that they would not raise the deficit ceiling? Yes they did. Because their duty is not to maintain a posture of obstructionism. Their oath of office is very clear. Which is to defend and protect Constitution with their lives. In addition, to secure the rights and liberties of the American people. Which they are not doing when they are in fact declaring that they will not raise the deficit ceiling the matter what.

12. Did congressional representative Jacobs violate federal law when he said that one of the reasons he got into Congress was to bring back traditional values to the American people? Yes he did.

By virtue of the First Amendment, every American citizen is allowed to have freedom of speech and freedom of thought. Nowhere in the oath of office does the oath say that congressional representative Jacobs has the right to define what traditional values are for all Americans. In addition, by doing, what he did and making that statement, he is abrogating and impeaching the civil liberties of all Americans under the First Amendment. Because Mr. Jacobs is basically taking it upon himself to define for all Americans. What thoughts all Americans are allowed to have pursuant to what traditional values are for all Americans. Yet Mr. Jacobs did not take that as an oath of office. That is not one of his duties or his responsibilities under constitutional law pursuant to his oath of office.

Some the matter what lies the Republican Party or the tea party might tell you. The foregoing are the actual facts of the matter. In addition, what is even more disturbing is that the Christian conservatives in the Republican Party and the tea party. I doing everything they can to destroy the Obama administration, which shows very clearly that they have an agenda that they are in fact supplanting as far as being more important than their duty as American citizens to protect and defend the Constitution. Which means at the very least that the Republican Party and the tea party are guilty of potential charges and the federal crime known as subversion of the Constitution.

13. Did the republican party or the tea party members of Congress do anything to fix the jobs, and/or unemployment, problems that America is facing? No, they did not.

The United States is a nation of laws. The United States is not a nation based upon any religious document. And what is even more disturbing is that the Republican Party and the Christian conservatives and the tea party are doing everything they can to abrogate them to impeach the civil liberties of the Constitution. Yet it is by the very laws of the Constitution that gave the tea party and the Republican Party and the Christian conservatives the right to demonstrate their hatred.

So how intelligent is it for the Republican Party and the tea party and the Christian conservatives to be attacking and trying to destroy the very document that gives them the right to demonstrate their hatred? That is exactly like trying to cut one’s nose off to spite one’s face.

Everyone loves to talk about the Constitution and how they have rights. The fact of the matter is every American citizen in this country to the same oath as an American citizen. Therefore, we all have the same legal duty. Choose to obey and to protect and defend the Constitution with our life. In addition, we are not allowed under any circumstances to have any agenda religious or otherwise supersede our duty to protect and defend the Constitution. Because the United States is a nation of laws. Not a nation based on any one particular religious document.

So again, the tea party and the Republican party can say anything they want. However, the fact of the matter is they are in violation of constitutional law. They have been shown as anti-American citizens. They have been shown that they are not patriotic. They have been shown that they have been using symptomatic logic where they in fact are targeting the symptom of the problem and not the problem itself. As a result of their unwillingness to compromise. They have basically caused the worst economic crash in modern history.

In addition, if that isn’t enough, the Republican Party and the tea party had all of the month of April and May and June to resolve this entire matter. However, they did not.

Instead, they showed the entire American public and the entire world at the Republican Party and the tea party and the Christian conservatives were more concerned with their electability, then there duty to put up and shut up and do their jobs as American citizens, which is to give their lives defense of the Constitution. That is of course what they did not do.

That is why I am urging all like-minded American citizens to contact the Department of Justice immediately and to demand a full investigation into the actions of the Republican Party and the tea party and the Christian conservatives on the grounds of the federal crime of subversion of the Constitution and possible charges of insurrection against the United States and against the Constitution.

Oliver Wendell Holmes has said that it is impossible to defend and protect the Constitution when one is actively engaged in either abrogating or impeaching civil liberties that the Constitution embraces and protects.

The United States is a nation of laws. In addition, United States will remain a nation of laws, or the United States will no longer be United States.
